Built in 1889 by Aaron Flint Churchill this stately home sits high on a hill between Darling and Allen Lakes. The home has had only four owners since it was built and has been used as a private residence and an Inn.
Today, the home has been lovingly and graciously restored for a cozy retreat while exploring Nova Scotia’s South Shore. The diversity of Churchill Mansion Inn’s accommodations and the professional staff’s attention to detail provide the ultimate goal of satisfying the needs and desires of our guests.
After a relaxing night in one of our six elegant rooms, enjoy a full gourmet breakfast, then take a stroll through our grounds, a paddle on the lake or borrow a bicycle for a leisurely ride around the countryside.
Arriving at the Inn, guests are warmly greeted by our attentive staff and the sheer elegance of Churchill Mansion.
