This has been a different tourist season from years previous. Visitors from the United States were down considerably in the entire region but we saw an increase in guests from the Toronto area and B.C. Therefore, we at Churchill Mansion were more involved with retreat packages, murder mysteries, workshops, and small meeting groups than in previous years. This fall we have already hosted several murder mysteries and have several more booked up to and even beyond Christmas. We are currently offering our premises to those that would like a unique location for their special Christmas event.

The spinoff from the Rescue Mediums TV show continues and many curious folk have stayed at Churchill Mansion as a result. We have a group of what we call ghostbusters from another province visiting in November. Also in November Michelle Mackay of Coldspot in Toronto is visiting with a film crew and the media.

The Aaron Churchill story continues to grow with the visitation of an 87 year old retired senator from Tennessee. It seems the whole story of the Aaron Churchill saga becomes more complete weekly.

Thank you to all those guests who emailed us after returning home to relate their very glorious experiences here. There are always those individuals we will never forget and hope they continue to spread the good word about Churchill Mansion. We would also like to extend a big thank you to all of our summer visitors for choosing Churchill Mansion Country Inn as a special vacation spot.
